Cancellations, Reschedules and Refunds

  • At least 24hrs notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Should you cancel or reschedule within 24hrs or do not attend a booked appointment at all, we reserve a right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. In case of pre-paid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited. We strongly encourage providing as much notice as possible to avoid inconveniencing our other clients and staff. We will provide you a courtesy reminder regarding your appointment date and time 2 days prior to your treatment either via email, phone or SMS. Please contact our team if you require rescheduling your treatment.
  • Please note, credit card details may be required for appointments exceeding 30 minutes. Large treatments conducted during peak operating hours may also require an upfront 50% deposit to secure the appointment time requested. We strongly encourage providing as much notice as possible to avoid inconveniencing our other clients and staff.
  • Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied client so if a product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded.
  • Before starting any procedures, we do a thorough FREE consultation to explain every procedure, what it is expected, possible sides effects and outcomes. Therefore, Skinnovation Laser Clinic has a No Refund policy in case of change of mind or change of circumstance (i.e moving elsewhere).
  • Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.
  • When you pre-pay for a treatment package you will save a significant amount according to the pre-paid treatment plan. They also have a 18 month expiry date, giving you all the flexibility to use it as you need it for that period. Therefore, pre-paid treatments are non-refundable. Pre-paid treatment are also not exchangeable with any other promotions that might happen after purchasing the package. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 24 hours of booking or do not attend the appointment, you will forgo one session of your pre-paid program. By purchasing pre-paid treatments you agree with these terms.
