Booking Fee Policy
To secure your appointment, a booking fee is required at the time of booking.
- A $50 booking fee is required for all appointments.
- For treatments valued under $50, the full treatment cost is required as the booking fee.
Your booking fee will be credited towards the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Should you cancel or change your appointment within the 24 hours, or do not attend your appointment at all, we reserve the right to retain your booking deposit. If your appointments are prepaid, you will forgo one session of your prepaid program.
Refund Policy
- Skinnovation Clinic has a strict ‘no refund’ policy on purchases (including but not limited to all prepaid programs whether these programs are paid in full or not) for change of mind reasons, in the event that your circumstances change, or in the event that you choose to discontinue treatments.
- We offer you the option of exchange your credit for another service, retail products or transfer to another person.
- We may refund where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
- Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.
- In order for us to provide you with a great service it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.
- Prepaid programs will expire and will automatically be cancelled after 18 months from the date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be given.
